Regular talks
20 min talk + 10 mins for Q/A

Short talks (poster-flash)
8 talks will be selected from those who volunteer
TIME: 5 min total
The presentation includes a 3 minute oral presentation prior to the poster session followed by 2 mins for questions and answers. Poster flashes are to the point and brief presentation of one of the following:

1. Subject of your research
2. Problem/question you are addressing
3. exciting results or implications

It aims to be an advertisement for a poster! When making this presentation, include only ONE of the following:

• background
• results
• conclusions

Each short talk (poster-flash) presenter is also expected to bring a poster for the poster session. The idea is to make people aware of the interesting parts of your poster, so those who want to, will come and find you.
No projectors! Only verbal descriptions and chalk-boards.

Poster board details
Poster boards will have (portrait) 4ft. vertical x 3ft. horizontal space. You are also free to bring multiple A4 sheets.
