How to reach IISER from the airport:
By taxi, IISER is about 20 km from the airport. Pashan Road, Opposite Panchavati Bus Stop . IISER is located beside the NCL Innovation park. You could also take a bus from the airport to Pune station and then take an auto or bus from there to Pashan. Nearby bus stop is Panchavati Bus Stop
How to reach IISER from Train Station:
An auto from the railway station to IISER will cost you about Rs. 100. The distance is roughly 10 kms. Note: Autorickshaws will charge you double-rate at night.
Pune from Mumbai:
From the Mumbai airport, take a taxi to Pune (Coolcabs for example). One can also go to the Mumbai CST station and take a train to Pune. Tickets may be booked in advance - please visit the Indian Railways site.
One can also travel from Dadar or Borivali by a Volvo bus to Pune. This will cost you about Rs. 300.
